I live in New York but I love Winnipeg. However, there are several strange
things about Winnipeg that make me a bit uncomfortable. These things
include "Confusion Corner," "cruising," socials,
"googs," calling burgers "nips" and the devotion
to a hockey team that no longer exists. But then again all of these
things give the capitol of Manitoba it's uncomfortable charm.
It's uncomfortable
being told you look like a lesbian.
It's a little
uncomfortable being the big kid.
Men wearing
skinny jeans make me uncomfortable.
This is
a step by step demonstration of how your average Pentecostal goes about
speaking in tongues. As a former Pentecostal who left the church and
now performs stand-up comedy, I can assure you that if you follow these
steps you will be feeling the Holy Spirit in no time!
This is
a little song we used to sing in the Pentecostal church I grew up in
.
